Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for Stone Mountain Residential formerly Antioch Manor Estates (55+) will open on Friday, June 26, 2026
Applicants requiring reasonable accommodations because of a disability, language translation, or communication in an alternative format may call HADC Client Services at 404-270-2500 during the Waiting List Opening between 8am-4pm Monday thru Thursday and 8am-12pm on Fridays. Persons with hearing or speech disabilities using TDD or TTY technology may call Georgia Relay Services at 711 for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
EHV PROGRAM EXTENSION
The Housing Authority of DeKalb County has received additional funding from HUD for the EHV Program through July 31, 2026.
Additional payments are not expected after this date. At this time, based on the information available, there are no additional funds to cover housing assistance payments starting August 1, 2026.

housing options and other resources now.
